Reply from ChrisO on Dec 11 at 3:46 AM Sales order status is stored in the transparent data table VBUK for SO header and VBUP for SO item. I'm not aware of a SAP standard trasnaction for a report that is based on these tables.
So you could either (i) investigate these tables directly via T-code SE16 (a transaction usually only available to SAP administrators) or (ii) have a query built in SQVI or SQ01/SQ02 to read those tables (ideally joined together to get a full sales order history understanding).
You can see these statuses in T-code VA05 (list sales orders) but you cannot make a selection using them.

Hello, I need to list out completed sales orders at header level (all lines are closed: finally delivered or cancelled=closed in some way). I am only interested if the order has been goods issued completely or not, regardless of billing or invoicing status, that part I do not care. Can someone help me in a very simple way, in laymen terms where to go and how to list them out? |
