Reply from Nikki Klein on Dec 9 at 5:33 PM Normally the customer who places the sales order is the Sold To. From your second paragraph, that sounds as though you need each Department to be both a Sold to and a Ship To. If this is true, what is the function of the Dortmund customer?
Part of your decision making here must also include who will be paying the billings for these sales orders. Does each Department also pay for its own sales billings?

Our customer ABC has headquarter in Dortmund and he has a many department in country. Can we assign ABC in Dortmund as account sold to and the other department as ship to accounts.
I only add that the orders come from departments and there the goods will be delivered. |
