From your second paragraph, that sounds as though you need each Department to be both a Sold to and a Ship To. If this is true, what is the function of the Dortmund customer? Part of your decision making here must also include who will be paying the billings for these sales orders. Does each Department also pay for its own sales billings? Nikki
