Did you try the t-code: CJCO -Budget carry forward project, if it not so
please try it
It will help you transfer the distributable (available) amount 2009 to
2010 FY.
After that, current budget of 2010FY will able to do return or supplement
If you already tried.
Then there is another solution in configuration level,
you have to increase the time frame (past) in your budget profile
(t-code:ops9)
after that financial year 2009 FY will be visible for your budget screen.

Hi,
In Cj30, a cost has been uploaded in '09 but the range of years available is between 2010 & 2020 because of which overall budget is throwing a value and hence it is not letting me to add a new value to the budget year '14.
Is there a solution if I can edit those figures in the year '09 and upload or add extra budget to the current fiscal year?
I do have tried carry forward to 2010 & return the budget but none works.
