Reply from rory.goodwin on Dec 11 at 11:15 AM If you have a green message in the PO and you are using SAPconnect, transactions SOST, SOSG, SOSB can show failed messages that are green in the PO. The 3 transactions are just different auth levels and defaults for the sender. E.g. SOSB only shows messages sent by the user running SOSB. Reasons that I know of are just bad or busy fax numbers. I have not learned (yet) how to find failed emailed POs, the functionality is different. If anyone knows, please post it here.

Is there a report that I can run on SAP that will allow me to see that the PO's have been received by the vendor successfully in other words that the transmission was successful. I am having a situation that even if the green light on the PO Print Message is On the vendor still has not received the PO. I have checked all the settings and everything is good.
What can be causing the problem?
