Here is the answer for setup frontend printing queue,
Under Device Attributes tab:
1. Output Device=any unique name eg. LOCL
2. shortname=4 char printer name e LOCL
3. Device type: SAPWIN or SWIN (MS windows Driver, Latin-1 (assume the users use windows platform. their workstation should install the printer queue that use the match driver as the printer and works from printing from workstation to printer . AND MAKE SURE WORKSTATION QUEUE SET TO as DEFAULT QUEUE,
Under Access Method tab:
1. Host Spool Access Method : F or G (if you have G available, then pick G)
2, Host printer field: __DEFAULT (you have to type in exactly what I specify)
Output Attributes tab and Tray info tab, you can't skip it and keep it as is.
Save the definition.
On user workstation side:
The printer queue needs to set to as default queue.
Because when user login sap side and pick eg LOCL to print, it basically the jobs create and format and send it over to user's workstation default queue thru sapprint.exe user should see this sapprint,.exe window which should show the job process and status..

Hello to All,
I have some users on Linux-Mint.I installed Java GUI-7.2.Now when user gives print of any document or report through SAP,.It print with some disturbed value with improper alignment.
When we gave same transactions with Windows environment,it prints perfectly fine.
So please suggest me it has problem with some some JAVA-GUI environment /page format or some thing else..??
Please guide me...!!
