Reply from Phil S on Oct 7 at 2:20 PM Murthy, do you have a serious response to my question or just throwing out whatever comes to mind? What do you think I logon to the server with and run SUM with? Your last statement has no bearing on the question I have asked. Have you ever run SUM? I have been in BASIS for 13+ yrs, and have some clue as to what I am doing for the basics.

I tried running this separately, and got an error, that stated "Component sap.com/SAPJVM WINDOWS_X86_64 not present in the system" I looked at this, and the path to the JVM on the server is d:\usr\SAP\<sid>\J00\exe\sapjvm_6, or d:\usr\SAP\<sid>SYS\exe\jvm\NTAMD64\sapjvm_6 .1.064\sapjvm_6 This isn't a component itself within the system, and wondering what this is looking for.
