Once you OPEN your DR's database system, it WILL be different from your PROD system.
Will you want to start SAP on DR at the same time as your REAL PROD? If so, consider isolating your DR instance in a different network and only let communication from your PC to reach the DR instance to avoid having DR actions to send mails, send printouts on real printers.

for testing purpose Flashback on at DR site and sap started but DR database synch with primary database at that time,
That should not be done, pl. guide me what need to check and change. following are details for the environment.
ECC 6.0
Oracle database 11.2.0
OS AIX6.0
DR configure without DGMGRL and DG broker.
