We loaded budget into NEW GL at company, Cost Center, internal order, gl account. I need to report actuals vs budget but cannot find report or a table (using SE16N) in New GL to have both record type/version for actual and budget at both cost center and internal order. The internal order is not being settled but the GL still drops the field value in General Ledger View.Currently I dump either actuals from either BSEG or KSB1 and then get budget from original load file. Then using a vlookup from bseg to ksb1 in excel and viceaversa I link the two sets of data. Unfortunately the Vlookup is not reliable since we budget at sometimes different accounts that get posted to. And my budget is only in New GL. |
