We have just activated the AR Pledging Indicator. After doing the required config, I was hoping to perform a mass change on customer documents via FBL5N, but I am getting an error. The error is as follows: Field BSEG-CESSION_KZ. does not exist in the screen SAPMF05L 1301.
I added the field and assigned a value to the customer master.
Do you think this will only work for new transactions only? Do you have any insight on the functionality?

Can someone please explain the functionality of A/R Pledging Indicator? I would like to gain more of a perspective on the advantages of having this indicator activated in your company codes and what are some of the disadvantages of having this indicator turned on? I'm looking for a practical example in terms of process logic which will help me better understand the concept in a more thorough way.
