after first reversal, now take again KO8G in test mode check the reversal
amount this amount must be equal to 49771.02 minus 5450,if amount is
matching then take reversal in production mode, if not matching ask to SAP

Hi Experts
An Internal Order that shouldn't have to be Settled to the Asset, got settled when the Client run the KO8G for period 08" and after that dep also run for the same period. Now when i tried to reverse the Settlement amount of $49,771.02 from the Asset to IO through KO88 reverse option i got the below outcome:
When i tried the Reverse Internal Order settlement in Test mode it showed me the desired amount of $49,771.02 but when i run it in production mode it just reversed an amount of $5,450.
What might be the reason and how to reverse this amount back to IO please give your valuable suggestions. Thank You. |
