We are facing a problem in SRM extended classic scenario where the Ad-hoc reviewer is getting multiple UWL entries for a single SC when it is being ordered.
To elaborate,
During the creation of a SC, an ad-hoc reviewer is being added in the default approver link.
Once the SC has been successfully ordered, a mail and an UWL entry is created for reviewer to review the SC and submit it. It does not change the status and the SC is still in "Awaiting Approval".
But once it has been reviewed, it should not go back to the same reviewer for the process.
But as soon as it has been reviewed and submitted a new entry is created in the UWL and asks for a review again for the same SC which has not been edited.
This happens a random number of time. The reviewer entry created and processed log can also be seen in the SC in which the previous entry process time differs only in seconds before the second entry is triggered.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
