Hi Madelaine,
What about the sales order price for the second and third items is it different from the price condition record or it is correct as per the price list dated 01.05.2015

Check whether for that condition type condition update is selected in configuration under master data

What was the pricing condition record maintenance key combination, is it the same as of the first line item

Thanks

Subject: Not All Prices Are Updated in Billing Document from Price List

Hi,

When the billing document was created in June, we used the price list date of 01-05-2015 (which was the date relevant for the condition with the correct price.).

Copy control from Delivery to Billing shows pricing type ''C" - C Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others.

As I explained above, the analysis in the billing document shows the correct price but the condition record shows the price from the delivery order and not from the Price list relevant to the pricing date. What is weird is that it did update the first item correctly but not the other 2.

Any suggestions of where I can look?

Madlg
