Reply from Nag-SAPHR on Aug 9 at 8:23 AM When Loan is entered manually, you will be able to feed all the details in IT0045 itself, but if you have to create LSMW for bulk upload of Loan, you will need to create 2 LSMW's.
One to update Loan Basic Data and Conditions screen through IT0045, another separate LSMW for updating Payments screen which will be through IT0078.
To check balance, goto Basic Data screen, Balance is displayed month on month.

Please let me know the significance of Loans Info types IT0045 and IT0078.
--Why SAP has given two different infotypes?
--When we are able to store the data in IT0045, among which some
information will get stored in IT0078.
--In which table the balance loan amount gets stored? I can't see the
balance amount in table PA0045 or PA0078.
