It's hard to say, but if your DB was not compressed, plan 25% of original size. So, 200GB in your case.

We are in process to migrate our productive system through sapinst Export/Import method. Detail of source and target system is as under:
Source System
OS : HP - Ux
DB : Oracle 11g
SAP : ECC6 EHP6
Target System:
OS: Red Hat Linux x86_64 Enterprise 6.2
DB: Oracle 11g
SAP: ECC6 EHP6
My question is how much disk space is required for export data on NFS mount point for 800GB used data.
Please help in the matter.
