Reply from LCC352 on Aug 7 at 9:18 AM I've seen missing document numbers before, mostly due to update errors, but they are rare and almost never in sequence like that. Are they the only numbers missing? A few questions: - Does your company archive? They could be there and won't show up in a table search. If you try to display one of the documents, do you simply get "not found"? - Did your system experience some sort of melt down during the timeframe of the documents? That could account for why multiple documents in series are missing - all failed to update at the same time. Lou

While analyzing accounts, the user found that certain document numbers are missing. For example, number range 17 is assigned to document type KA, which has the range 17000000001799999999 valid up to 9999. The current status shows that the next available number is 1790000000. During analysis, the user found that documents 17800000001780000010 are missing. Is there any report/t.code to find out the reason? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
