@Manoj: I would assume that since he did not have this issue previously, he already has the software component installed.
@Praveen: is the igswd.exe process seen to be running in the Windows task manager?
Everyone has been focused on IGS - the rest of the OP's note said: " Also Syslog, Queue Statistics, ABAP Work Table is also missing".
It seems to me more like an issue with MMC and less like an issue with IGS. If I had any particular expertise with MMC ... but I don't, sorry.
