yes you can restrict the release of a pr or po to one person, but
customization setting is require , try to get the personal ID of the
person you want to have the authorization , before you do that make sure
the person has been assign that role to release PO, your basis man in your
company should be able to help u out in assigning role.if you have done
that, Get the persons, personnel ID , to get the persons ID,you can get it
that HR end any HR personnel should be able to help you with that,or use
this tcode PPOME to get it, if you have the ID number, go to the SPRO ,=>
navigate your way through material management=> purchasing => purchase
order=>define release procedure for purchase order =>workflow and then
replace the ID number, were you have the agent ID . then save. hope this
give u a clue what to do . or solve your problem
