What are the pros/cons between #1 and #2 specifically? How does MRP work in each scenario to know where/when parts need to move between facilities? Are there any workarounds to facilitate ATP between all facilities in scenario #1 without implementing APO?

While this is not ideal for our warehouse staff, we like the global ATP and MRP plans for purchasing.
