To confirm your finding, suggest to revert the earlier security role and ask the user to try posting to see if it goes through without errors. That would ensure the reason beyond doubt. However it might be possible a master data change could be the reason as well. Once you complete the suggestion, we should know better.

Getting the error in VL02N in one of the user. I was change his roles and authorization. Before changes, he was able to PGI. but now user has getting the error
"no commitment item entered in item 00001 xxxx 150030"
"Message No. FI311"
May be user has getting authorization Problem.
Please guide me
