Try creating a daily notification using the equipment as reference object.
In the chage mode. (IW22 or IW28) follow the men? path: Maintenance notification - Print - Notification. Select the standard shop paper 1010 Activity report vers. 1.
You can print this report and check the activities manually.
Note: You need to maintain a catalog profile in the organization tab of equipment. You also need to maintain entries in the code group for catalog A (Activities)
Unfurtanetly this is a manual procedure.
If you need to use checkbox in SAP, I think you must request ABAP consultant assistance for developing.
