I am told we may have to write some code to correct it....I do not know what that means exactly but this is what I am being told by our top SAP analyst. However we have found a creative way around it by creating a storage section without any storage section indicators. We did not add the storage section to any of the storage section searches for putaway but did add them to the pull search and by doing this we are able to change the storage section to this "blocked for putaway" storage section. This is at least a short term fix until we can fix/write code to stop the bin from auto removing the putaway block when the bin is emptied.

When i place a stock placment block on a bin locations with stock in it. As so as the stock is removed from the bin SAP is removing the stock placement block. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening? We recently upgraded our SAP and this did not happen with the old verison but is happen now. |
