I've done this before using ABAP query. You need some code in the combinations of table KNVP, KNA1 and whatever else might be needed to fill in the rest of the info. It's a function of the values of KUNNR and KUNN2, and PARVW in KNVP. Take a look at that table and start there. You'll see how SAP lays out the data.
There is no standard SAP report I know of for this. There are also function modules for partner retrieval as well if you're into code, but it just depends on how deep you want to get.

We have a Partner Function "ZR" - Sales Rep. The sales rep is defined as a vendor in SAP, because we pay them commissions based upon sales values.
We assign a sales rep to a customer / to many customers in the Sold To Party's Partner Functions.
Our question is: how can we report on which customers have been assigned to a specific sales rep? For example, we want to be able to list out all the Sold To Parties that were assigned to Sales Rep 10099 Joe Blow.
I can't find anything suitable, or even close, in SD.
