Reply from SAPgooey on May 7 at 9:09 AM If the hierarchy is pulling into the Sales order you need to check if the Hierarchy is Relevant for Pricing. If you go into VDH1N to look at the Hierarchy, you can if the customers are flagged as "Relevant for Pricing" (you may have to slide the columns over to see this column). If not, check if the customer (in XD03) has the "Price Determination" flag checked (KNVV-PRFRE) BUT If you make this change to the customer AFTER you created the hierarchy (or after the customer was assigned to the Hierarchy) you get a message "Update customer Hierarchy if change in Rebate or Price relevance." This is a reminder that once you have saved the customer master data, you need to force an update to the customer hierarchy. This means you need to go into VDH1N for the Hierarchy, Select the Customer and Click the "Update SubHierarchy" button (it looks like the typical "Refresh" button).

I rebate agreement was created based on headquarter account. Sales order was create and condition type related to rebates we populated in condition tab. But when I create sales order for headquarter account, no condition type related to rebate were being determined.
