please tell me which optn to use if i want to multiply with the total calendar
days and than multiply with the present days taking into a/c Loss of Pay or
mid month joining

hi,

you have a lot of options for that, the direct one is:

amt*kgenau
amt/kkdivp (check table t511k for constant kdivp if you have it, if not create a new one with value 30.)
num=TKDIVI (Total working time measured in calendar days, since you want divid by 30 I assume it's calendar days)

num-KAU** (if you want to take back unpaid absence days)
num-KAP** (if you want to tabel back paid absence days)

multi nan
zero=n
amt/kgenau

addwt*


in other option you can use /80* that may have already the calculation above mentioned and so you may only need to configure processing class 10 according you needs and system configuration.
