Do not opt for main frames .Now mainframes era is gone .No new developments
are happening on mainframes.
ABAP is the programming language used in developing SAP software solutions.
Now SAP is moving from traditional software systems to new cloud based
software solutions.
These new generation software run on HANA DB with frontend running on SAP
UI5 and application layer running HANA XSJS or ABAP backend.
Now SAP is trying to move from traditional heavy weight ABAP based
application layer to new light weight applications built using HANA XSJS or
JAVA.
So I would not suggest ABAP at this juncture.But ABAP still has good demand
in the market and also offers good job openings as of now.
Another disadvantage of learning ABAP is it is huge..! It takes lot of time
for you to completely master SAP ABAP. One needs to be serious coder to
achieve this.
If you want to get into SAP domain only, then consider doing some
certifications on SAP'S latest offering SAP HANA

Selenium is a testing profile.If you are not interested to code, then this
should be good.But on a longer period with selenium alone it is hard to
survive (This is my personal opinion)
