User assignment deletions should be performed in CUA system, roles
should be deleted in the backend system and 'synced' to CUA.
If you do not have the IDOCs generated from CUA for changes in role
assignments then the assignments will not be updated in the backend system
Perhaps explain more specifically what is the problem and what you wish
to achieve
