Hi,
Probably need more information to tell us what error message you are getting and what button you are clicking just before you get the error.
The only red indicators I see in my VL10 transactions are when the data first comes up, I get either a red indicator which simply means the order is past due, a yellow indicator which means it is due today or tomorrow, or a green indicator which means it is due in the future sometime after tomorrow. Let us know.
