Click the 3rd tab -Payment
and maintain external payment Rs.18000/-

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement as below.
Employee Loan - 20,000 amount in IT0045.
Every month is repaying installment 2000/- thru Payroll.
As on today balance is 18,0000/- as loan balance.
Where as employee has paid 18,000/- as cash in finance department.
Our requirement, Automatically, IT0045 , the balance amount becomes Zero without deducting the repayment installment amount 2000/- thru payroll i.e next month payroll.
What about the procedure to fulfill this requirement? |
