First,
1- Create Assets With New Asset Class and Maintain Depreciation key in
Depreciation tab.
2- Transfer Old Asset (Old Asset Class) to New Asset Class ( New Asset
Class).
Note: We can maintain depreciation rate at Asset Master level also,
Normally we maintain the depreciation rate at Asset Class, but if needed we
can change the depreciation rate at asset master level also.

Change in asset class for few assets
Hi All,
My team has requested for some changes in asset class. Both these classes
involved have different depreciation rates.
I have attempted trf. assets thru ABUMN and it was fine but I am not too
sure how to handle different depreciation rates in the classes.
All suggestions welcome.
