Expanding on my reply, the reasons and risks are endless and the quantification of the risk is undefined, one would need some detail of the job the person with this conflict has. Questions to ask are, should an error or fraud occur with these tcodes, how much money can the company lose? If it's not money, derived from this, can the company be liable and to what extent for manipulation of their books? How well defined are your compensating controls (inventory checks, accounting reviews, etc)? How long would it take your company to find an error or fraud if my example given were to occur? How many other transactions would be made in that time frame?

We currently have a SOX matrix which identified a conflict of segregation of duties between VF01 (Billing) and MB1B (Warehouse Transfer) transactions.

We want to understand what would be the conflict so we can establish mitigation actions if necessary.
