For this employee hire date:01.03.2013 and Transfer date: 01.11.2013 both are automatically maintained in IT41.But when we execute time evalution AL absense quota is creating with start date of his Hire date 01.03.2013, but on that date he is not eligible for AL and he is only eligible from date 01.11.2013(transfer date). There are 2 types of employees: Factory Staff and Head office staff. Factor staff is not eligible for AL leave and Head offce staff are eligible for AL. Here the issue is when Factory staff is transfered to Head office employee his AL quota is generating with his hire date instead of transfer date. We are using time evaluation to generate absence quota. Example : Employee X is hired on 01.03.2013 as Factory staff and he got transferred to office staff on 01.11.2013. But when we generate quota the start date and start deduction starts on 01.03.2013 instead of transfer date 01.11.2013. Table V_T559D table is validity from the start of calendar year to end of calendar year and deduction interval from start of validity interval to end of validity interval. Please help.
