You use the Schedule Margin Key using the float after production. For example, if you enter 5 day float after production, the scheduled production completion date will 1/5/15 and the production order finish date will be 5 days later or 1/10/15.

Subject: Production Completion Date Vs. Load Date

This question may actually be a mix of production planning and sales order entry.

We need time after production for crating, or waiting for customer instructions on ship via. We keep looking like we are shipping orders late, however our production is completed on time.
how can we have a variable gap between production completion and load date?

Thank you
