It depends on how your company insists you to load the wage types into SAP.
If required you have to sit with the technical/development team and ask them to create a custom program to load into respective info types. (BDC)
Or you can load using LSMW.
Or you can use easily maintained software tools available.
Finally it depends on client requirement. Good luck!
