Do you need to load T512W or payments/deductions for employees?
1. To load for employees,
1.1. with SAP transaction LSMW:
1.1.1. Create/copy batch recording using PA30 txn to load the w/t details for a sample employee.
Save the recording.
Correspondingly a batch Excel file is created for this loading and saved as a .CSV file.
Copy this file for one/more employees.
1.1.2. With LSMW transaction create a LSMW object using the above recording.
Go through all the config/testing steps till the end.
The last steps are for creation/execution of the batch session to load the data for selected employee/s.

2. Creating entries in T512W:
This is a complex table. Hence I would not suggest loading it from a file. However it can be backed up and restored (see link below). Before applying a SAP patch, this table is backed up as a precaution.
