Highlight the workitem and select the Replace icon and it will be removed from Reserved and changed to Replace. The flag will be removed in the Status column. You can then select the Forward icon (printer with envelope) and when the Choose Agent pop-up box appears, enter the SAP logon id name of the user you want to forward it to in the User field. Then green check or enter. It should then be in their Workplace inbox. Damita Casey
