delivery complete indicator is set. I can post the back details later for
you. If you activate the badi, a hard error is issued indicating the
delivery is completed. What release / hotpack level are you on?

You can make the"Delivery completed" indicator visible via configuration.
SPRO-> MM--> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level
In GR/IR control segment for the Field Selection Key you are using for your Framework order document type, i.e., possibly PT9F. Make the 'Delivery completed' indicator an "Opt.entry".
