Table CDHDR - Change document header
Table CDPOS - Change document items
Use SE11 / SE12/ SE16 / SE16N, here enter Object value Purcahse Order
Number in Table CDHDR and note the Document No and then input this in the
CDPOS and get the change details. You can also check EKKO and EKPO tables
too to see the whole list..

I need to make a report showing the changes in a Purchase Order: ME23N -> Enviroment -> Document Item -> Document Changes.
Any idea what table to check or any function Module to be used to get this information?
