1. Note down the Moving Average price before Making GRN for Free supply
goods
2. Receive Goods
3. Change the Moving Average price through MR21
before doing this confirmation from Finance and proceed

I presume receiving fee of cost, and 511 movement type may both affect
moving average price. Because valuation is not affected but stock qty is
affected which in turn affects MAP.
You can test and proceed on this. Maybe another option need to tried.
