Yes in CSV field name in small so I correct it but the error is same:
The data object "<SOURCE_FIELDS>" has no component called "PART2", but there is a component called "PART1".
Now what to do to resolve this issue?

Your definition of source_package doesn't contain a field PART2.
Solution: make sure the definition of source_package matches the csv you are reading.
Maybe check statement SPLIT
