Question from chostokov on Sep 19 at 2:20 PM In batch management we always use a FIFO strategy to ensure we don´t end up with old product on our inventory. However, for export markets, I would like to change the strategy to LIFO so that the freshest material ends up in those orders. We have a plant configured exclusively for export duties and a plant that serves as our distribution center. I would like to configure that when supplying the export plant from the distribution center (via transfer orders of the UB type) the batch determination done at the delivery document (or transfer order if needed) would get the newest batches possible. For the rest of our plants, UB type transfer orders and their respective delivery notes should keep selecting the oldest batches available. How can I do that? | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
