One way you can do it is to schedule a big block of similar jobs. Each scheduled job runs only once daily. Job 1 runs daily at (for example) 18:00, job 2 runs daily at 18:15, job 3 runs daily at 18:30, etc. 4 jobs per hour, potentially 96 jobs per day. Each job is identical, with only the daily scheduled time being different.
