Thanks for your response....

Yes, there is a release strategy. PO was release by all of the responsible. No message was received related to budget availability.

Subject: Why Budget Availability Control is Not Working When I Partially Release It?

Hi,

I want to know why budget availability control is not working when I partially
release the budget.

The scenario is this:

CJ20N Create Project with network and external activity. Planned total 80,000 USD

CJ30 Original budget in the project 92,000 USD (80,000 + 15 %)

CJ32 Only 1,000 USD were released

CJ20N BUDG and AVAC statuses in WBS element. Project release action changes to REL status and purchase requisition is created (total value is 20,000 USD)

ME21N PO is created without error message. I expected the system no to allow creating the purchase order because the released budget is only 1,000 USD

PO are need to check against the Partially released Budget. Is it possible?

Note: in budget profile for project.

Total values X
Annual values X
Release _

X = Indicator is set

Tolerance limits:

1000 000001 General budget profile ++ 1 90.00
1000 000001 General budget profile ++ 2 100.00
1000 000001 General budget profile ++ 3 101.00
