Reply from DonnaS on Sep 12 at 6:12 PM The system is currently issuing a note. Assuming you haven't changed rule TE10, this message is issued using operation COLER14. That is, issue error message #14 as a note. You have other choices when using the COLER operation. The system reaction to the operation is determined by assigning one of the following: E Time evaluation is terminated for the current employee. F Processing continues as normal; the recalculation indicator is set to ensure that the current day is processed again in the next time evaluation run I Processing continues as normal; the recalculation indicator is not set. The message remains in cluster B1 until it is confirmed in the Message Processing function other Time evaluation continues; the message is a note [This is the one you are currently using]. So you could change this by replacing "COLER14" with "COLER14 E" if you want the system to issue an error when this occurs. Before you do that, you should make sure that you really want to this to be a critical error that should prevent time evaluation from completing for an employee. Donna
