Which module are you getting trained in SAP? If its ABAP, then I think you should continue the same as chances of getting job in SAP ABAP is more as compared to .NET. Also, there is pay difference for SAP ABAP profession and .NET . ABAP professional have more demand in the market and has higher pay.
