Reply from LCC352 on Sep 24 at 5:48 PM Hi, Mitch. Nikki is correct - look into the user exit. You may want your programmer to check for online or batch status in the exit. You might want to do the process only in batch mode and allow online users to do what they want.

Hello Gurus,
Need your help.
We are having issues on the behavior that we are having for the Posting Key documents related to the Bank statement line items.
The transaction is included in the batch with Statement date of 09/19/2014- it has value date of 09/19/2014 and posting date of 09/19/2014.
electronic statement was uploaded 09/20/2014- user did process it on 9/22/2014. the output of the sub processing has a posting date of 09/19/2014 and document date of 09/22/2014.
Need to know what is the basis of the document date for the Posting document? and where are we suppose to change the configuration for the document date.
