We are on GRC 10.0 and we are facing a challenge in running a report for action usage for one of our system. Our GRC is connected to two systems the one is SAP R/3 and the other one is SAP HR. When we run action usage for R/3 it gives updated data e.g it would give us TCODES executed by users on recent date but for our HR system it would only give us information up until the 9th of May and then it shows nothing for months after that.
We have run jobs as per below:
• GRAC_AUTH_SYNC
• GRAC_REP_OBJ_SYNC
• GRAC_ACT_USAGE_SYNC
• GRAC_ROLE_USAGE_SYNC
The jobs did run successfully but still the system is not updating. We have ensured that the jobs are running under a system BATCH user with correct authorisations and are scheduled to run every day. We have implemented the below SAP notes with no luck:
• 2036670 Action Usage Sync Updates Last Execution Date On Failed Job
• 1775432 Transaction logs are not getting captured by GRC 10.0
We have also discovered that there was an upgrade done on the HR system on the 9th of May from Support Pack 12 to Support Pack 14 while GRC is still on Support Pack 12. Our GRC has been upgraded to Support Pack 14 as well now and we did run the jobs with no positive results again.
Any idea on how to solve our issue? If more information is required please advise.
