Please use personnel actions like Org Reassignment to maintain history for employee's occupied positions in his lifetime with the organization. Whenever the employee joins and is not assigned a position the default value is 99999999 and the employee is hired but yet not assigned to the HR Organizational Structure. The second thing is you need history of the occupancy or vacancy of the given position. Use OM reports or try SAP query. Please also ensure that your OM and PA moduled have integration switches maintained so that changes done on either side reflect on both sides. Srinivas Mandgi
