1. Guess matrix has to be created with positions. And authorizations to be granted with P_ORGINCON
2. so special, extra Org units have to be created and authorized as normal
3. Ok, so setting up authorizations for I guess A/B210
4. guess same as 3. Or should Global employee module be used?

1. Additional authorization according a Matrix structure is requested. (Matrix structure means, to assign Org units over the whole Group – across different companies – to define a Matrix manager for an employee. Matrix manager and employee are heads of an Org unit. Which assignment to be used best for matrix?
2. - Additional authorization according a Team structure. (Team structure means, to assign positions inside of a company to define teams and team leads. A team lead must not be a head of an Org unit. Assignment via A/B 004. Every Team has got a team number and name. - To be administrated and displayed. Are there fields at SAP standard?
3. How to set up deputizing of approvers/ managers in OM?
4. - How to set up delegations (Employee is employed in one company, but is working for another company in the same country) and/ or expatriation s (Employee is employed in one company , but is working for another company in another country) from one company to another in PA and OM? |
