Reply from JG-SAPHR on Aug 25 at 6:53 AM After a person moves to another position or leaves the company, the treatment should be the same. Normally, the position is set to vacant when employee is terminated and delimited on the leaving date.
To allow a position to be filled only after it is authorized, the assignment to a position can be managed through suitable Change management procedures, security profiles and work-flow.

I need help with regards to the security on hiring the employee.
The case is:
If an employees is separated then the vacancy (Position) is ready for
replacement (hiring of new employee).
How can we delimit the position for the separated employee so that no one
is able to hire the new employee on the position.
I want to know how can we do so. |
