Subject: Turning off HR Structural Authorizations

In our SAP HR system we had turned on structural authorizations and used it in a very limited fashion for a year. The business then decided it was not needed so I set ORGPD in table T77SO from 1 to 0 using tcode OOAC. However, I did not delete the existing three profiles using OOSP and those profiles are still linked to positions. I also did not remove users from table T77UA using tcode OOSB.

We recently added a new login account to the system and was surprised the user did not get any access until we gave them the ALL profile using OOSB. I was under the impression that setting ORGPD from 1 to 0 was enough to turn this off. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kerry
